The GTC applies to all legal transactions and services conducted through the Webshop interface.

3. Range of Purchasable Products and Services R/C modeling products and parts can be purchased in the Webshop. Regarding the products, the Provider displays the product name, description, price, and all other essential information that may be necessary for using the product.

5. Payment Terms Payment can be made in the following ways:
• Payment by advance transfer (for products that we only accept by pre-order and pre-payment)

• Cash on delivery payment
6. Shipping Information Shipping via GLS courier service or Hungarian Post cash on delivery service or personal pickup (by appointment). Overview of shipping costs and times.
7. Right of Withdrawal The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Conditions, procedure, and list of exclusions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
8. Warranty, Guarantee In case of faulty performance, the consumer is entitled, according to the provisions of the Civil Code, to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or to withdraw from the contract. Procedure for enforcing guarantee rights.
9. Complaint Handling The purchaser can file a complaint with the Provider's contact details. Deadline and procedure for complaint handling, obligation of written confirmation. Possibility of conciliation board procedure.

11. Other Provisions
• The Provider is entitled to modify the GTC unilaterally.
• The contract is governed by Hungarian law.
