GLS International – Zones and Weight Charges
The table shows the net base rates according to the GLS contract by zone (A–F), from 1–40 kg. The gross amount displayed to the customer is calculated as: (base rate + 22 HUF/kg) × 1.005 × 1.27. For some destination countries the maximum shippable weight is 32 kg, for others it is 40 kg. The list of excluded destinations is shown below the table.

8 business day money-back guarantee - Right of withdrawal:
If the product ordered and paid for online does not meet your approval for any reason and you return it within 8 business days from receipt, our store will refund the product price minus the shipping cost borne by our company. In such a case, you have nothing else to do but return the product to us, and we will refund the product price no later than thirty days after the return. The returned product must always be in undamaged condition, in its original packaging, and must contain all original parts and accessories. In legal terms, "you may exercise the unconditional right of withdrawal detailed in Government Decree 17/1999 within eight business days following the receipt of the product, without justification, from your order (purchase)." The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer in person or by mail; the refund will be made in person or by bank transfer. Warranty conditions:
We can only accept warranty claims for intended use (for those products where intended use can be assumed) according to the conditions specified by law. For products, a 3-day replacement warranty applies; for products over 10,000 Ft in value not used in the model, a 1-year warranty applies. For products used in the model - due to the lack of knowledge of operating conditions - we provide a 3-day replacement warranty regardless of value. In case of failure of foreign warranty products (if the product cannot be repaired at our service center), if necessary, we send the product to the manufacturer for inspection to determine the cause of the defect or failure. If our company or the manufacturer determines that the product was not used for its intended purpose or was tampered with, then the customer must pay the service costs if the repair is requested by the customer. The warranty or guarantee can be claimed in person or by mail against the receipt or invoice. Our pickup point does not accept packages sent C.O.D.; it will always return them to the sender! Stock:
The stock level associated with the products on our website reflects the company's actual stock of goods; furthermore, we update the stock indication of the products daily, indicated by the green or red sign next to the product name.
Due to the large quantities, we do not track the stock of construction materials and tax/customer crystals on our website, so in case of ordering these products, we will inform the customer in a response email if the product cannot be delivered due to stock shortage.

Quantity limited products:
There are products in the webshop for which we tie the shipment to a minimum order quantity to ensure damage-free shipping. If this quantity condition is not met in the order, we consider that part of the order void and ship the package excluding this product.

Order process:

Payment method for the ordered product / home delivery fee:
The ordered product must be paid to the courier upon package receipt. The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation email. The invoice is included in the package. Please inspect the package upon delivery in the presence of the courier and, in case of any damage observed on the products, request a protocol. We cannot accept subsequent complaints without a protocol!
Home delivery, information:
Our webshop orders are fulfilled by the GLS courier company or the Hungarian Post. Package delivery occurs on weekdays between 8 AM - 6 PM. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to provide a work address as the shipping address (if possible). The courier service will attempt delivery twice; the shipping cost for undelivered packages will be charged to the customer!
Appeal regarding package receipt:
Only order the desired products if you can pay the courier the cost upon package receipt! For unaccepted, returned packages, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer; we can only resend them if the value of the package is transferred in advance!

Warranty:
151/2003. (IX. 22.) Government Decree

on the mandatory warranty for certain durable consumer goods


Pursuant to the provisions of Section 248 of Act IV of 1959 on the Civil Code of the Republic of Hungary (Ptk.), the Government hereby issues the following decree:

Section 1 (1) The warranty according to the rules of this decree extends to new durable consumer goods listed in the annex of this decree (hereinafter: consumer goods) sold within the framework of a consumer contract [point e) of Section 685 of the Ptk.] in the territory of the Republic of Hungary.

(2) Any agreement that deviates from the provisions of this decree to the detriment of the consumer is void. The provisions of this decree replace the invalid agreement.

(3) The obligation to fulfill the warranty lies with the party whom the consumer contract obliges to provide the service constituting the subject of the contract (hereinafter: distributor). The warranty rights can be enforced by the owner of the consumer good, provided they qualify as a consumer (hereinafter: consumer).

(4) If the manufacturer assumes more favorable warranty conditions for the consumer good than those contained in this decree, the rights due to the distributor based on the warranty pass to the consumer at the time of the performance of the consumer contract.

Section 2 (1) The duration of the warranty is one year.

(2) The warranty period commences on the day the consumer good is handed over to the consumer, or if the installation is performed by the distributor or its agent, on the day of installation.

Section 3 (1) The distributor is obliged to hand over a warranty certificate to the consumer together with the consumer good - without a separate request.

(2) The warranty certificate must be formulated in a commonly understandable and unambiguous manner, in Hungarian.

(3) The warranty certificate must indicate:
a) the name and address of the distributor,
b) the name, type, serial number of the consumer good, and, where applicable, the identification of its parts suitable for identification,
c) the name and address of the manufacturer and, in the case of an imported product, the importer,
d) the rights due to the consumer based on the warranty, the deadline, place, and conditions for their enforcement,
e) the date of purchase or installation.

(4) The warranty certificate must refer to the fact that the warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.

Section 4 (1) The warranty claim can be enforced with the warranty certificate.

(2) Irregular issuance of the warranty certificate or failure to hand it over to the consumer does not affect the validity of the warranty obligation.

Section 5 (1) The consumer can enforce the claim for repair directly at the repair service indicated on the warranty certificate by the distributor.

(2) During the repair, only new parts may be installed into the consumer good.

(3) In case of repair covered by the warranty, the distributor, or the repair service is obliged to indicate on the warranty certificate:
a) the date of reporting the repair request and acceptance for repair, and for vehicles, the odometer reading,
b) the cause of the fault and the method of repair,
c) the date of returning the consumer good to the consumer, and for vehicles, the odometer reading,
d) the new deadline of the warranty – extended by the duration of the repair.

Section 6 (1) Fixed-connection consumer goods, or consumer goods heavier than 10 kg, or those that cannot be transported as hand luggage on public transport – with the exception of vehicles – must be repaired at the place of operation.

(2) If the repair cannot be performed at the place of operation, the distributor shall arrange for the disassembly and assembly, as well as the outbound and return shipping.

Section 7 If the consumer enforces a claim for exchange within three working days from the purchase (installation) due to a malfunction of the consumer good, the distributor may not invoke disproportionately extra costs pursuant to point a) of paragraph (1) of Section 306 of the Ptk., but is obliged to exchange the consumer good, provided that the malfunction hinders the intended use.

Section 8 (1) This decree enters into force on the 60th day following its promulgation; its provisions shall apply to consumer contracts concluded after its entry into force.

(2) Simultaneously with the entry into force of this decree, the following lose their effect:
a) Government Decree 117/1991 (IX. 10.) on the warranty obligation for certain products intended for durable use, and the modifying Government Decree 119/1995 (IX. 29.) and Government Decree 6/1997 (I. 22.).
b) Council of Ministers Decree 35/1978 (VII. 6.) on the spare parts supply and repair service of durable consumer goods, and the modifying Council of Ministers Decree 74/1987 (XII. 10.) and Government Decree 118/1995 (IX. 29.).


Annex to Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.)

1. Refrigerator, freezer, combined refrigerator-freezer;
2. Washing machine, spin dryer, tumble dryer and any combination thereof, dishwasher, ironing machine;
3. Ovens and/or cooking appliances operated by electricity and/or gas energy over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
4. Water heaters, photo-, air conditioning and other air state regulating equipment over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
5. Vacuum cleaner, steam cleaner, carpet cleaner, floor scrubbing and polishing machines;
6. Sewing machine, knitting machine;
7. Motorized garden machines, motorized hand tools, motorized pumps over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
8. Medical aids and devices with a one-year or longer useful life over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;

10. Motorhome, caravan, trailer caravan;
11. Security alarm and signaling equipment over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
12. Electronic telecommunication terminal equipment (telephones, mobile phones, telefax devices, multi-function devices, etc.) over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
13. Answering machines, intercom devices over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
14. Satellite receiver and AM antenna systems and their subsystem units, televisions, projectors, video recorders over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
15. Radios, car radios, radio alarm clocks, radio tax deduction devices, amateur radio transmitters and receivers, satellite navigators over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
16. Record players, tape and cassette recorders, CD recorders and players, DVD recorders and players, personal sound systems and their accessories (mixing console, amplifier, speaker, loudspeaker), microphones and headphones over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
17. Cameras, film and sound recording cameras, video cameras and recorders, film and slide projectors, film enlargers, film developing and processing devices, photo printers, film and slide scanners over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
18. MP3 players, Handheld devices, and the memory cards used for these and digital cameras over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
19. Binoculars, monoculars, microscopes, telescopes, direction finders, compasses over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
20. Personal computers and their components, monitors, printers, scanners over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
21. Calculators, pocket calculators, manager calculators over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
22. Typewriters and word processors over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
23. Musical instruments over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
24. Clocks over 10,000 Ft gross purchase price;
